&lt;/a&gt;di Chianocco (Torino).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Non è la prima volta che visitiamo questo locale, ed ogni volta la soddiffazione e la sorpresa è altissima.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;Andrea e Giorgia&lt;/span&gt; sono in grado di valorizzare al meglio la cucina tradizionale, ma con quel pizzico di novità che la rende ogni volta sorprendente. In estate una balconata accoglie alcuni tavoli, mentre all'interno si trovano 2 sale con 6/7 tavoli. All'ingresso si scorge la cucina, da dovo potrete osservare Andrea e Giorgia al lavoro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;L'accoglienza&lt;/span&gt; è informale e simpatica le cordiali ragazze ( il servizio è prettamente femminile!) da Torino A6 uscita Marene-Cherasco o da Milano A7-A21 poi uscita ASTI EST.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Si offre un &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;menù alla carta&lt;/span&gt; con una discreta varietà di selezione,&lt;br /&gt;oppure si può optare per un menù degustazione.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nella zona si trovano diverse realtà con cucina delle lumache, anche qua troviamo questa specialità.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Abbiamo provato il pesce che non è sempre facile da trovare in realtà tipiche langarole.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Per l'&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;antipasto&lt;/span&gt; abbiamo preso del filetto di pesce persico del nilo con salsa di noci&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Come &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;secondo&lt;/span&gt;, delle seppioline in umido con piselli e finocchi&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Per le bevande si offre una carta,ma in questo caso si è optato per 1/4 di Arneis della casa(discreto).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;Il prezzo&lt;/span&gt; è sistuato nella piazza centrale di Vezza d'Alba, nel quore delle langhe, a pochi chilometri da Alba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Antistante alla locanda, si rege l'imponente chiesa nel classico stile barocco piemontese, sovrastata dalle rovine dell'antico castello.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Al fianco,è situata la prima sede storica della banca d'alba, che in questa sede ha avuto inizio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;L'osteria è semplice e accogliente, e ci si accomoda in un paio di rustiche salette da un massimo di 7/8 tavoli&lt;br /&gt;In estate è possibile sfruttare il dehors, da cui si ammira uno splendido panorama.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 255);"&gt;Il signor Marco&lt;/span&gt; Vi accoglirà e una volta sistemati verrà a elencarvi il menu a voce.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;La proposta si articola in 4 antipasti, 4 o 5 primi ed un paio di secondi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 255);"&gt;Abbiamo scelto&lt;/span&gt; l'assaggio di Antipasti che comprendevano la tagliata marinata alle erbe fini (simile all'albese di vitello, tagliata molto sottile Ottima), Flan di spinaci con fonduta, Polenta con lunache o gorgonzola, mezzaluna con porcini trifolati.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Come primi abbiamo preso degi ottimi tagliolini fatti in casa, conditi con ragu piemontese ( carne e salsiccia) e una imperdibile trifola (tartufo) servito in giusta quantità.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Come secondo abbiamo scelto l'arista al latte e la tacchinella brasata, con patate al forno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;La cena si completava con i dolci classici quali il bonet, panna cotta fatti in casa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Il tutto accompagnato con un onesto rosso di langa, ma la carta dei vini offre una buona rapprsentanza della produzione locale.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 102, 255);"&gt;Il prezzo&lt;/span&gt; color: rgb(153, 0, 0);font-family:verdana;font-size:180%;"  &gt;ANTICHE SERE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.google.it/search?q=antiche+sere+torino&amp;amp;ie=utf-8&amp;amp;oe=utf-8&amp;amp;aq=t&amp;amp;rls=org.mozilla:it:official&amp;amp;client=firefox-a"&gt; &lt;/a&gt;di Torino.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Questo locale, risulta essere uno degli ormai pochi Locali Tipici della Cucina Piemontese presenti a Torino.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;L'ingresso&lt;/span&gt; del locale è situato in una piccola traversa di via Frejus.&lt;br /&gt;Vi consiglio di lasciare l'auto nella zona di Corso Racconigi nelle vicinanze del mercato coperto, subito dopo Corso Peschiera ( nel centro del Viale, dove si svolge il mercato, normalmente è semplice trovare parcheggio ) e di fare il breve tratto a piedi.&lt;br /&gt;Questo è tipico delle vecchie Osterie, un'insegna in lamiera e una lampada lo rendono facilmente individuabile nella breve Via Cenischia (n° 9).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;L'ambiente&lt;/span&gt; è molto "rustico" ma pulito ed accogliente.&lt;br /&gt;Dalla prima sala con l'immancabile bancone,si &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;intravede la Cucina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Tramite un piccolo corridoio, l'estate si mangia in un cortiletto interno, totalmente ricoperto da una fitta vite, che oscura i palazzi circostanti.&lt;br /&gt;Sembra di entrare in un mondo parallelo, isolato dal contesto cittadino, il tutto per una dozzina di tavoli.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;L'accoglienza&lt;/span&gt; è informale e simpatica,&lt;br /&gt;cordiali ragazze ( il servizio è prettamente femminile!) Vi accompagnano al Tavolo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;I Tavoli&lt;/span&gt; sono apparecchiati in modo semplice ma curato. Poca carta e il giusto numero di posate e bicchieri.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E' arrivato subito l'elenco dei vini e il menù, scritto a mano sulla carta,&lt;br /&gt;che una volta i macellai usavano per i pacchetti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;Il menù&lt;/span&gt; è abbastanza ricco ( 3/4 di piatti per portata ) e da quello che mi è parso di capire, abbastanza "stabile" ( normalmente sinonimo di "facciamo poco ma facciamolo bene.." ) così come la carta d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;ei Vini, che elenca una buona rappresentanza di Vini principalmente Piemontesi, rossi e bianchi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;Abbiamo ordinato&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;- 1 porzione di Vitello Tonnato;&lt;br /&gt;- 1 porzione di Fettuccine con sugo di carne alla Piemontese ( con fegatini );&lt;br /&gt;- 1 porzione di Gnocchi al ragù;&lt;br /&gt;- 1 porzione di Coniglio al vino bianco;&lt;br /&gt;- 1 porzione di Pesche ripiene;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 1 Bottiglia di Verduno Pelaverga e 1/2 Minerale. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;TUTTE le portate rispettano l'aspetto del locale... OTTIME ed ABBONDANTI, così come si confà alla tipica tradizione Piemontese..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;La cucina&lt;/span&gt; è deliziosamente SEMPLICE e GUSTOSA, ricorda la classica cucina di una volta, fatta con cura ed amore, che inevitabilmente si ritrova ad ogni forchettata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Unica &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;pecca &lt;/span&gt;(sul servizio).. non ci hanno portato i bicchieri da Vino.. con una bottiglia da 13,50 Euro.. e la degustazione di un seppur buon Verduno in simpatici bicchierini da Acqua.. non è stata un gran che..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alla fine... il conto di &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 102, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;55 Euro&lt;/span&gt; per 2 persone....
